The hotel seems to have a known A/C problem, resulting in discomfort for guests. The maintenance team was unresponsive and no other rooms were available, leaving guests to suffer in an 80-degree room.

my recent stay at a hotel just off I-10 in Jacksonville exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, near the highway and several restaurants. I loved the pool and the excellent continental breakfast, especially the delicious oatmeal and mini waffles. It was a great experience.

One thing that was missing in my room was an extra mirror. Two ladies sharing a room with two queen beds need two mirrors.

The man at check in was very nice.

The pillows are TOO soft. It's like nothing was there with 4 pillows. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Upon checkout, I was told that they could not tell me which card I used to hold the room nor could they give me the amount. This is insane! I have NEVER seen a hotel that could not tell me how much the bill was or the card used. I would not recommend anytime soon and as a frequent visitor from out of state, I will not be staying here again (there are plenty of other hotels around this one to choose from).

Our rooms here were well-kept and even had a comfy pullout couch 🛋️. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, and the services provided were top-notch.
